Not tracking properly and not eating my food groups. So i have decided that i'm going to change from points to No Count and see if my eating habbits improve.
So i'll post here to let you guys in on how it is going.
Oh i also found some pictures that i took at the end of August. When i got to my first 5Kg loss.
