Hey so i have just busted through my 4 month plateau and i thought that i would post what happened to me as an example for people to look at.
I was having a good week followed by a bad week, so over the whole four months i only lost ONE kg.
But two weeks ago i talked to my leader and realised one of my problems was i was expecting to much of myself.
I was wanting to get up at 6 am to go the the gym 5 days a week!!! when i struggle to get up at 7:30 to go to uni normally.
So getting up at 6 was never going to happen realistically(yes on the odd morning i got up and went but this was only about 1 day a week). Therefore for the rest of the day i would feel like i had failed and not really bother with what i was eating and just eat crap (i'll start again tomorrow).
Well since realising that trying to get up and go to the gym at 6 is not for me. I have now set a goal to go three times a week at times during the day that i can fit it in.
My eating is also back on track and in the last two weeks i have lost 3.3kg
So the moral of this story is to set goals but only ones that you can achieve.

Back at it
Well I'm back at it i have had a nice long break.
The Wedding was the start of the bad stretch but i am really trying to get back on track.
I think that i was trying to expect to much of my self which was making me disappointed when i did not achieve what i was setting out to achieve and i was tending to overeat to make my self feel better. But then i would gain and just feel worse.
So now i am feeling great with trying to get back on track.
I have had three great days and am feeling in fantastic control

My Biggest Gain So Far
Well i had my biggest gain so far this week, i put on 0.5kg. Which is some ways is great. Yes it is bad that i gained but over all i have lost 11.5kg, And the last time that i tried to lose weight i was yo-yoing like crazy. Putting on 1-2kg in bad weeks and then taking it off the next week then putting it back on again.
I'm going to stay on track this week as much as possible, I'm going to the qym 5 days this week but i have a wedding on up in sydney with will have heaps of finger food so it might be a challange, but i will see how it goes.

Lost but should of gained
So i weighed in on Tuesday, and i lost 0.8 getting me half way to my WWGW of 64kg, But i really felt like i should have gained or at least stayed the same. Because i was eating such crap on Monday and as well on Tuesday.
But the best thing is that i joined the gym on Tuesday and Went on Wednesday and Thursday and i am feeling great, a little but tired though. I'm going to go on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well. Then have a rest on Monday and I'll be back at it on Tuesday again.
And my eating is back on track, so i hope that i will be able to lose next weigh in- but if i don't i know that it was from last week and not this week because i am not going off the rails again.

Exams are over
Well, My exams have finished.
In the three week period i put on a total of 0.2kg which is great. But i have to wait till tomorrow to see if there was much damage done from the after exam partying and the hens party that i went to on the week end.
Still on no count, but this week i'm going to write down everything that i eat.
To make sure that i get back on track after three weeks of not really watching my hunger signals.

Second Week On NO COUNT
Hello all,
My second week on No Count went very well, i lost another 0.9kilos. I have found that i'm not getting so hungry and also not getting so many late night snack attacks.
I'm also half way to my WW lifetime goal weight of 64kg so i'm nearly on the home stretch for that.
I've posted some pics of me at the engn ball, that i went too last month.
i'm the one with the streaks of white in my hair.
Looking at the pics i can see that i still have a way to go in my journey to wear a bikini. but i will get there.

10% Goal achieved
Hello all,
Well i did it i got to my 10% last week and this week i got to my 10kg loss.
I am just feeling so great and i was really really happy that it happened.
On to no count, Well let me just tell you that i am loving it. It is making me feel so so much better and i am eating so much more fruit and veg.
Last week i did not even eat all of my 21 extra points to use which i felt great about.
So i have set my sights on my next mini goal which is to lose 15% of my weight so hopefully i will get there in the next month.
